Masiv Cabinet Furniture Assemblers and Their Services

Furniture installation and assembly is the final stage of custom furniture production. Masiv provides every cabinet furniture assembly service and the full range of installation work.

Work begins with assembly. To assemble furniture modules properly without damaging the floor or walls, our furniture assemblers prepare a work area. Usually the central part of the room is chosen.

The second essential requirement is that assembled pieces can be moved to the place where the furniture will be installed. When custom furniture needs to be installed in small rooms, bulky pieces are usually assembled right there. This prevents damage to walls and furniture during moving. Furniture with particularly complex designs is also assembled on site.

How Our Cabinet Furniture Installers Work

The work area is covered with protection - sheets of hardboard or corrugated cardboard - to prevent damage to the floor covering or the parts being assembled.

All pieces assembled on site are carried to their installation spot by hand only, because even a cloth placed under the furniture legs may not protect the floor from damage. That's why it's better to plan how furniture will be moved in advance than to repair a damaged floor afterwards.

Our cabinet furniture assemblers work from the appropriate drawings and installation diagrams. With assembly documentation, the right experience and quality hardware, furniture assembly is quick and well coordinated. Furniture structures are often fixed to the floor, ceiling and load-bearing walls.

Furniture Assembly Is Included in the Order Price

If furniture assembly services are specified in the contract, a team of specialists will come to the site for installation and mounting. So how do our professional furniture craftsmen work? The main stages of installation are:

  • unpacking the furniture parts, fasteners and hardware included in the kit, and checking that the color, quality and quantity are correct;
  • checking that the diagram and drawings are present;
  • installing shelf supports, hinges, strips and connectors, joining frame elements, mounting legs and handles, hanging doors, fixing mirrors;
  • fixing built-in furniture to the walls, installing sliding systems for sliding-door wardrobes;
  • adjusting fronts by tightening or loosening the furniture hinge screws;
  • installing countertops;
  • checking that wall cabinets are hung accurately.

Masiv's furniture assembly rates are lower than those of our competitors, so it pays to order everything as a package - furniture manufacturing and installation together with assembly by professionals.
