Want a large staircase in your house to look light and not overwhelm the room? Modern style offers a great solution — a structure on a sturdy metal stringer with a transparent railing. Today we are sharing photos of our new project.
The main highlight of this project — a gray zigzag iron base. On it, we fixed light-colored wooden treads with a beautiful natural grain. Since the staircase has no solid risers, it lets sunlight from the window pass right through and seems to float in the air.
To separate the stair area from the living room, we made a tall partition of horizontal wooden slats. It works like a light screen. We added an interesting detail to it — a few handy shelves on which the clients have already nicely arranged live orchids. On the second floor, the partition continues into a reliable and safe railing.
We make all the wooden and metal elements at our own production facility. Thanks to precise engineering calculations, the staircase turned out very strong, stable and completely quiet.
